Empower: the ability for change and growth

This has been inspired by a recent new meditation practice (just 10-15 minutes a day in the morning or the evening) with the help of the Divine Beloved Oracle cards by Tosha.

Here is what today’s meditation inspired me to write:

Instead of coming down harshly (and especially unexpectedly), lead and mentor in a way that remembers the human on the receiving end. Let them know you are guiding them to a certain teaching or standard and that you believe that they possess the ability for change and growth. Don’t make it about their character or personality. Help them believe in and become a better version of themselves. See and call forth a vision of their “better” self (although try not to apply any personal values to this vision – allow it to be one of curiosity, what would that better self look like?). The soil and the seed for improvement is there and we can be the gardeners.
